  2. Drive process improvements across functions performed by terminal operations teams, including check-in & boarding, arrival baggage handling, VIP operations, and more.
  3. Deliver strategic projects that benefit our business, people, and stakeholders.
  4. Analyze real-time environments and adapt operational implementation accordingly.
  5. Create effective forecasts and plans for terminal operations, identifying risks and opportunities.
  6. Plan, direct, and control daily operations and outputs across various functions.
  7. Improve productivity using business technologies and other resources.
  8. Oversight of business technology and resource utilization.
  9. Coordinate with internal departments and customer-facing teams to deliver continuous improvements in customer contact processes.
  10. Ensure effective planning and utilization of QAS resources.
  11. Oversee safety and security spot checks on QAS resources and passenger terminal facilities.
  12. Develop a reporting culture within the team.
  13. Report irregular airport operations to senior management.
  14. Manage contracts and contractual staff requirements, reviewing SOPs regularly.
  15. Directly manage terminal operations to deliver scope of services.
  16. Create single point of contact relationships for customs, airlines, and governmental agencies.
  17. Establish measurable KPIs for line managers and supervisors.
  18. Lead the Terminal Management Team, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities.
  19. Provide creative approaches to extraordinary problems and challenges.
