As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Microsoft, you will have the opportunity to drive transformation in partnership with our most strategic customers, focusing on AI, Copilot, and Security to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.
This role will give you the chance to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer's account plan, while working with a large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Advocate - Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
- Business Planning - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
- Customer Team Orchestration - Work with the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle and build deep trust with Microsoft.
- Industry Knowledge - Build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers' industries, associated business strategies, and key industry partners and solutions.
- Sales Excellence - Lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
- 7+ years of experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- OR equivalent experience.
