Business Expansion Lead

Looking for a Business Expansion Lead to join our team at Wqtah As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, optimizing current revenue streams, and ensuring alignment between our business strategy and product roadmap.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Expansion Lead to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships in Qatar's digital entertainment and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within tech, e-commerce, travel, or event ticketing industries.
You will work closely with our Product Managers to align business goals with product development, ensuring that customer needs are met. Collaborate with the Support & Automation Team to optimize the onboarding experience for new vendors and partner with Finance to structure revenue-sharing models, pricing strategies, and commission structures.
A strong understanding of digital platforms, booking systems, and ticketing solutions is required. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams is crucial. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decision-making is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on revenue growth across ticketing, booking, and vendor partnerships.
- Partnership & Vendor Acquisition: Establish and maintain partnerships with event organizers, venues, entertainment service providers, and F&B establishments.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive adoption of Wqtah's ticketing and booking solutions among local businesses, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Customer & User Growth: Collaborate with Marketing & UX teams to enhance user acquisition strategies, particularly for ticketing and booking customers.
