Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Sales Representative with Widam Food Company, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growing sales in existing and new accounts. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively manage customer relationships and maintain item availability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in existing accounts and expand into new territories.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to sales supervisors, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of FMCG experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and ability to perform complex analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
