Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project-related activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including time sheets, reports, and documents.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the proper functioning of facilities, office, and business support services.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, as required.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all reports and documents meet company and project standards.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Five years of project/admin experience in the Engineering and Construction industry desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Oracle experience a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, effective organization and planning skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
