We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revenue Management Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Management Systems and Science Team at Qatar Airways Group.
Key Responsibilities- Systems Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of systems performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize system capabilities to meet business objectives.
- Functional Evaluation: Evaluate the functionality of systems and applications used by the Revenue Management department to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
- System Development and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new system capabilities and features to support Revenue Management business objectives.
- Operational Workflow Improvement: Analyze and evaluate operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and automation.
- Decision Support Tools: Work with users to analyze, recommend, and test quality enhancements of decision support tools to improve decision-making capabilities across Revenue Management functions.
- Vendor Management: Establish, quantify, and enforce vendor services through monitoring and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- System Administration and Project Management: Provide system administration and project management support to ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications used by the Revenue Management department.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of job-related experience working in a Revenue Management team of a reputed airline.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, knowledge of airline RM systems, experience working on applications such as PROS, Pricing systems, Altea Inventory, and GDS, proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Databricks, etc.
- Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and Java, experience in developing and delivering training materials.
