Front Desk Manager Supervisor

The Front Desk Manager Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient check-in/check-out processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process all guest arrivals, verifying identity, form of payment, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
- Account Management: Enter Marriott Rewards information, ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions, and secure payment prior to issuing room keys.
- Daily Reports: Compile and review reports/logs/contingency lists, complete cashier and closing reports, and balance and drop receipts.
- Team Leadership: Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required.
