Job Title: Sales Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Management Solutions International (MSI). As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve company targets and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets.
  2. Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achieve sales targets.
  4. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  6. Customer Service and Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
  7. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales performance data to make informed business decisions and prepare regular reports on sales metrics and performance.
  8. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  9. Merchandising and Visual Display: Coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain an attractive showroom and drive sales.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the fashion industry is required.
  3. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills are essential to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
