Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Regional Sales Director for Strategic Accounts Asia will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategic account management program across Asia. This program will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic account management plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including C-level executives and other decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business results
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
- Proven track record of success in strategic account management, sales, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
