Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Regional Sales Director for Strategic Accounts Asia will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
