Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around QAR 120,000 - QAR 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Key Account Business Development Manager at PPL Dynamics, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth through effective market research, competitive analysis, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing and Relationship Building:
    • Identify potential clients and establish strong, trusting relationships through regular face-to-face and online meetings.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales Presentation:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products and their applications in the oil and gas industry.
    • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing structures to clients.
    • Advise clients on the appropriate PPE solutions based on their needs.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
    • Prepare and present quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze market information to stay competitive and aware of customer needs.
    • Identify and report on competitive products, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Provide regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to the Head of Sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
