Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion for our company, Jeebly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attracting Prospects and Achieving Targets
  2. Cold calling and making regular outbound calls to potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Developing and refining marketing tools, communications, and outreach strategies to target specific client industries and sizes.
  4. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, and coordinating business generation activities.
  1. Building Engagement and Communicating with Prospects
  2. Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  3. Communicating with prospects directly to learn more about their business goals and objectives.
  4. Creating informative presentations and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  1. Turning Opportunities into Success
  2. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting to maintain short- and long-term business development plans.
Job Requirements / Desired Skills Set
  1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management – Preferably specialized in Sales & Marketing.
  2. 2-3 years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, or related field.
  3. Demonstrated and proven sales results in past roles.
  4. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and in email.
