Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of BOM/BOQ and RFQ: Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and BoQs (Bill of Quantities) for fabrication items, and RFQs (Request for Quotation) to obtain quotes from vendors.
  • Vendor Selection and Management: Review offers from various sub-contractors, prepare techno-commercial comparison statements, and select competent vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of fabrication items.
  • Schedule and Monitoring: Prepare fabrication and delivery schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Internal and SCM Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure smooth manufacturing and delivery processes.
  • Document Approvals: Arrange for approvals of documents from customers and consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and monitor risks associated with fabrication projects, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
