As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and executing a results-driven communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction. This will involve creating and managing all marketing material and collateral, implementing online marketing activities, and tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing communications spend, working with vendors and agencies, and leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand. Additionally, you will design and develop a strong employer branding strategy, partner with internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition, and build campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a results-driven communications strategy and plan
* Create and manage all marketing material and collateral
* Implement online marketing activities, including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and leads generation
* Track the effectiveness of various campaigns and course correct as required
* Manage communications spend and work with vendors and agencies
* Lead the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
* Design and develop a strong employer branding strategy
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition
* Build campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Communications within Media & Entertainment and Professional Services industry
* Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage
* Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
* Self-starter with high level of resilience
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
