We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team and drive our brand's online presence forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that engage our audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on social media performance, including metrics such as engagement rates and follower growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
