Job Description

The role of Sales Operations Coordinator is a key position within our business sales operations team. This individual will support, enable, and drive front-line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain expertise in Dynamics 365 (EBU CRM) across all areas, including its development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assemble and work on special requests.
  3. Identify and recommend system and process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
  4. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in various sales tools as needed.
  5. Manage user account maintenance, workflows, and other routine tasks assigned by the Sales Ops Manager.
  6. Maintain Dynamics 365 with key artifacts during the sales cycle, ensuring sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  7. Work closely with Presales & Project Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other functional areas to support the sales team's success.
  8. Manage data risks, driving integral initiatives and collaborating with the Sales Teams to improve data quality within 1SF and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  2. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, SQL, etc.) and a good understanding of working with databases.
  3. Proven experience in Dynamics 365 as an admin with 2 years of experience in sales operations as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is a plus.
  4. Excellent numeric and analytical skills with the ability to understand and adapt to effective sales models and programs.
  5. Subject matter expertise in feeding into cross-functional projects or other IT developments.
