**Job Tasks:**
- Facilitate client or investor communication, coordinate, and disseminate information.
- Act as liaison between executives and internal/external teams.
- Compose correspondence, prepare materials, manage phone calls, and distribute communications.
- Manage contracts, perform filing, maintain records, and handle CEO correspondence.
- Coordinate travel, document preparation, secretarial assistance, and meeting organization.
- Support colleagues, maintain calendars, and serve as a reference point.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Admin/Business.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior secretarial role.
