About the Position:

  • Oversee document control processes, ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate transmittals from external parties, maintain records of transmitted documents
  • Consolidate feedback from team members, ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Track progress and pending actions, report status to Line Manager
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, arrange flight tickets and visas

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, with at least 3 years of progressive responsibility
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic a plus
  • Familiarity with Qatar and GCC culture and work environment
