Sales Development Specialist

Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving the brand's short-term objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets set forth in monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Negotiate agreements and close sales according to Technogym standards.
- Record sales and order information into Salesforce.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain the current CRM database and accounts.
- Provide professional customer service, advising on suitable products and ensuring seamless after-sales support.
- Foster customer relationships to drive profitable sales growth.
- E nsure store standards (merchandising, service, displays) are in place before trading hours.
- Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers.
- Offer tailored solutions for client needs, including product selection and layout design.
- Address customer complaints, seek assistance, and resolve issues to mutual satisfaction.
