Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving the brand's short-term objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets set forth in monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Negotiate agreements and close sales according to Technogym standards.
  3. Record sales and order information into Salesforce.
  4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
  5. Develop and maintain the current CRM database and accounts.
  6. Provide professional customer service, advising on suitable products and ensuring seamless after-sales support.
  7. Foster customer relationships to drive profitable sales growth.
  8. E nsure store standards (merchandising, service, displays) are in place before trading hours.
  9. Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers.
  10. Offer tailored solutions for client needs, including product selection and layout design.
  11. Address customer complaints, seek assistance, and resolve issues to mutual satisfaction.
