Key Responsibilities- Answer and respond to guest calls, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and other services as needed.
- Monitor busy or unanswered lines and check back with callers on hold to update their status.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
- Activate or deactivate guest room message lights as necessary.
- Provide assistance to guests with unique needs and respond to special requests.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
