Administrative Assistant to Legal Professionals

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to support legal professionals in our Doha office. The role offers excellent career prospects with a major law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate diaries and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Manage phone calls and redirect them as necessary, maintaining professional communication
- Compose and format documents (Word and PowerPoint) and perform translations to meet client needs
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to the monthly billing process by ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Create expense reports for reimbursement purposes
- Provide proactive reminders to meet deadlines, facilitating a smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation and archives
Candidate Requirements
- Preferrably Arabic speaker, but language skills are not essential
- Essential: Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretarial background
- Excellent Communication skills required
- Must be currently residing in Qatar
- Holding the right to work in Qatar is mandatory
Salary dependent on experience – up to QAR 25,000 per month.
