An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to support legal professionals in our Doha office. The role offers excellent career prospects with a major law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate diaries and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Manage phone calls and redirect them as necessary, maintaining professional communication
  • Compose and format documents (Word and PowerPoint) and perform translations to meet client needs
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to the monthly billing process by ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Create expense reports for reimbursement purposes
  • Provide proactive reminders to meet deadlines, facilitating a smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate documentation and archives

Candidate Requirements

  • Preferrably Arabic speaker, but language skills are not essential
  • Essential: Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretarial background
  • Excellent Communication skills required
  • Must be currently residing in Qatar
  • Holding the right to work in Qatar is mandatory

Salary dependent on experience – up to QAR 25,000 per month.
