Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and various departments.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and improve office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
