PPL Dynamics is seeking a skilled Procurement Process Improvement Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's procurement function.

As a Procurement Process Improvement Coordinator, you will co-operate with the Finance BI team to ensure database compliance when creating Procurement-driven BI dashboards. You will also work closely with senior management in data analysis and support the Procurement Manager in reviewing existing processes and identifying future state digital solutions and process automation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test, and implement reports. You will also act as the single point of contact for tools and sourcing-related system enhancements and redesign, maintain, and manage the Procurement SharePoint, including access management.

As a Procurement Process Improvement Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage the preparation of reports and presentations by the wider team for senior and executive management. You will also support the line manager in performance analysis, working with category managers to develop and implement performance improvement objectives.
