About the Job

The Business Process Coordinator will support the development and implementation of business processes across various departments at RIXOS. This includes improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding process improvements and changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business process improvement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
