Job Title: Business Analyst ITJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst IT to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a Business Analyst IT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects by capturing requirements, analyzing business processes, and providing solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with business users, development teams, vendors, and internal supporting departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the RFI, RFP, Technical Review, and procurement process for IT solutions, working closely with business users to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  • Perform requirements analysis and prioritize initiatives based on business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and objectives.
  • Produce high-quality requirement deliverables, including business processes, scenarios, use cases, exceptions, and other required viewpoints, to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Manage and support the achievement of traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle, from initiator to solution requirements baseline, to design, build, test, and deploy.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports to support decision-making.
