About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MOFC System Administrator & Trainer to join our team at Bilfinger Middle East. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the E-MOFC system and providing training to users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the E-MOFC system, resolving any technical issues that may occur and providing training to users as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of users working with the E-MOFC system.
  • Collaborate with consultants and vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any challenges that may arise during the MOFC process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety, security, and environmental management policies and procedures.
  • Participate in corporate audits on MOFC and E-MOFC systems, assisting in clearing non-conformances and improving overall system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any suitable field preferably in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry or related engineering consultants/EPC contractors, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a MOFC coordinator or similar duties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and good knowledge of IT software management.
  • Familiarity with the E-MOFC system and ability to provide training to users.
