Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Leisure to join our team at Raffles Doha. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving leisure business through developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key leisure accounts.
- Identify new opportunities and generate leads to maximize leisure revenue.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to secure leisure business.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently work toward achieving set targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar and GCC leisure market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
