Financial Administrator

Join our team at Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Dubai as a Financial Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing proforma invoices, local purchase orders, and vendor invoices, collecting and depositing cash daily, submitting insurance invoices, and preparing petty cash vouchers and statements.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to manage accounts receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar or administrative role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Prepare proforma invoices and ensure all costs are accurately posted in repair orders.
- Maintain the petty cash list, prepare vouchers, and submit them to the Finance Department.
- Manage accounts receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Courteously greet cash-paying customers with a warm smile.
