We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chairman.

Job Summary
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Manage the Chairman's calendar and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Organize board meetings and events with efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks according to the Chairman's objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Asian Nationality and Male applicants preferred.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License necessary.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic essential.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Office Management required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage schedules effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other office software required.
