Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ongoing process developments and enhancements.
  • Support management in implementing process improvement initiatives and writing business cases for development.

  • Act as a subject matter expert to help implement system developments and enhancements.
  • Communicate management initiatives and assist in resolving possible issues during implementation.
  • Participate in regular business and technical discussions on project updates and resolving technical issues.
  • Impart training to end users on process changes and system enhancements.
  • Ensure accuracy in cargo revenue accounting to ensure correct revenue is declared.
  • Implement test strategies and user acceptance tests.
  • Assist BPO and ensure cargo processing activities are carried out as per SLA.
  • Conduct reviews of policy documents, IAPs, SOPs, and BPO SLA delivery.
  • Review findings for self-audits, quality/ EWS reports, and executive summaries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting Major).
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid presentation skills and knowledge of latest IT solutions.
  • Sound understanding of internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in development and implementation of internal controls framework.
  • Sound knowledge, understanding, and experience in application of International Accounting Standards/ IFRS.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality control.
  • Strong organizational ability and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of records and information.
  • Strong ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
