Reservations Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Officer to lead our Discover Qatar reservations team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations operations, and promoting Qatar as a premium tourism destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Discover Qatar reservations team to deliver seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Plan and optimize staff availability to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and escalate issues with the DQ booking system, Visa Application platform, and other related systems.
  • Act as an interface between the Line Manager and QR departments to manage customer service issues.
  • Responsible for continuous training and updating staff on SOP and process updates.
  • Assist the Line Manager in preparing budgets and be the first point of contact for enquiries with the Finance Team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tourism back office systems.
  • DMC reservations/operations experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead and perform well under pressure.
