Help Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Associate to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using OPERA Property Management System (PMS) or MICROS Point of Sale (POS)
- Assist clients with professional IT support and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-leading technologies and best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum of some professional IT support experience
- Passion for problem-solving and tinkering
- Preferably with Network+, CompTIA A+, Cisco, or related certifications
- Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous
- Exceptional customer service and ability to empathize with customers
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Experience in the Hotel/Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry is beneficial
