Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Premier Inn Hotels LLC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in a warm and timely manner, providing a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information on room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with our cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all reservations and cancellations.
  • Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships with our valued clients.
  • Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback to enhance our hotel's reputation.
  • Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Maintain a high level of stock of supplies and reception stationery.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments on all guest requests and complaints to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests in line with our safety procedures and guidelines.

  • Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department of a hotel.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS) and Arabic language speaking, writing, and reading skills.
