The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team. As the Assistant Manager - Front Office, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk. This includes ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

This role involves:
Assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk team
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Handling guest complaints and concerns
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Ensuring compliance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel
Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Well-developed communication and customer relations skills
Schedule flexibility and ability to multitask
Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer
Arabic language skills
