Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to our Transport function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper documents and records are maintained for the work carried out in the function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce rules and regulations pertaining to the transport function to ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements.
  • Receive and schedule transport requests, plan and execute duty rosters for Drivers, and update system records accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Account, HR, and other Departments on matters related to the transport function, and maintain accurate records in SAP and other filing systems.
  • Draft and issue memos and circulars as necessary, and provide administrative support to various stakeholders in the department.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for this role.
