Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Design and implement process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a strong focus on HR process optimization and change management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
