Business Process Coordinator

Job Purpose
The Contracts Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely receipt of meter cards and invoicing contracted clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Main Duties:
- Manage contract status and meter card preparation.
- Coordinate with MPS operation team and credit team.
- Generate reports and reconcile with finance.
- Process invoices and deliver to clients.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Canon's Kyosei philosophy and commitment to sustainability.
- Experience working in a similar role or industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
