Assistant Hotel Front Desk Manager

SupportFinity aims to deliver superior hospitality experiences through its dedicated team. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Front Office to contribute to our success.
The Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will work closely with the Front Office Manager to manage the Front Desk at the hotel, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining high levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction. This includes adhering to brand standards and corporate strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Assume key responsibilities in supporting the Front Office Manager.
- Comply strictly with brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with employees, guests, and owners.
- Hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Proven problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to multitask are required.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Qatar, with support for relocation.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
