We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

  • Communication Skills: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and as such, you must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, and you must be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions.
  • Language Skills: While fluency in the local language is not essential, you must be able to communicate effectively with guests who may not speak the local language.
  • Literacy and Technical Skills: You must have a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills to perform your duties efficiently.
  • Flexibility: You must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education and Experience: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service position.
