Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Management Solutions International MSI. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone and Mail Management: Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Contact Database Management: Maintain and update our contact database and office files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, professional appearance and demeanor.
