Job Summary:

The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for driving a box truck along an established route to service and sell products to an existing customer base. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a box truck along an established route to deliver products to customers
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and ensure quality standards are being met
  • Grow the existing customer base by cross-selling additional products and services
  • Control inventory and negotiate service agreement renewals
  • Work closely with other sales representatives to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
