Job Description

At Al Abdulghani Motors, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office equipment and supplies, as well as providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Equipment and Supplies: Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Tea and Coffee Service: Prepare and serve tea and coffee to our staff, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Office Stationery and Printers: Assist in the management of office stationery and printers, ensuring they are well-maintained and functioning properly.
  • Meeting Support: Assist during meetings by providing beverages and ensuring the meeting room is well-prepared.
  • Document Delivery: Deliver memos and documents to staff members in a timely and efficient manner.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
