Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the procurement process for fit out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and leverage industry knowledge to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and drive supplier development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPPM would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 08 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management roles, preferably in a fit-out industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
