About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide technical support and guidance to our customers on the use of our medical devices.

  • Provide technical support for neonatal equipment – Phototherapy, Baby Warmer, Transport Incubator, Infant Incubator, Ultrasound Machines – Portable & Clinical Units, ENT Unit & Equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to assess the needs of our customers and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to our customers on the use of our medical devices.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development in the market and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customers have the necessary skills to use our medical devices effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction and adoption rates.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and adoption rates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: English (Arabic is an added advantage).
