The successful candidate will have experience in construction supervision of both wet and dry utilities, ensuring safe and efficient completion of Expressways projects.

The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of Utilities Engineers and Inspectors, as well as excellent communication and report writing skills to provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Highway Project team, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of Expressways projects.
  • Supervise the construction of Expressways designs, managing and directing a team of Utilities Engineers and Inspectors.
  • Act as prime point of contact for utilities construction supervision aspects of the project, providing progress reports, safety guidance, financial recommendations, and quality control.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in design, site supervision, and construction management of major highways projects.
  2. BSc in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized and accredited university.
  3. Minimum of 5 years post-chartered (or PE registration) experience.
  4. Excellent leadership skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-discipline team.
