Job Overview

As a leader within the Regional CBI team, this role is responsible for designing the strategic framework for sales team performance evaluation and KPIs. Working with CCBI, Global Sales, and other internal data stakeholders to keep RCBI data capabilities up to date with an efficient reporting system.

Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee a revenue portfolio of $8.7bn and a territory of 50+ online and 60+ offline countries.
  • Develop the regional implementation strategy in collaboration with SM CBI Region in HO.
  • Identify sales process improvement projects by defining improvement targets and measuring the results.
  • Drive development of best practices approach for analytics and metrics through selection of the right people and tools alongside definition of effective processes.
