About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Manager to lead our airport expansion project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive design review function to ensure quality design and best practices are implemented to the projects.
  • Manage/direct team of Engineers and Inspectors inspecting all works to ensure proper quality control and that the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents, drawings and specifications.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance and control procedures.
  • Lead review of mock-ups, method statements and shop drawings and ensure they are in compliance with the drawings and specifications and are coordinated across disciplines.
  • Attend Factory Acceptance Tests and provide the Review Reports.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience. A degree in Architecture/Engineering in the required field of expertise is also essential. Additionally, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years site experience and knowledge of building construction, materials, systems and trade practices.
