Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team at Artan Holding.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that will play a key role in shaping the human resources strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Lead and manage the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is required. A Master's degree from an accredited University (with a specialism in HR) and/or a professional HR qualification is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years' HR experience, two of which should be at a supervisory or management level, are required.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.
