Account Development Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and driven professionals to join our Rotana Hotels team as Sales Executives.
About the RoleThe Sales Executive role is responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in their specific area of responsibility under general guidance and supervision.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales efforts.
- Ensure complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts' managerial and departmental executives for comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
- Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings.
- Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of properties' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
- Develop corporate offer letters and yearly contracts, and other required business correspondence.
- Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone, and/or direct mail.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in a hospitality industry setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
