Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes, from requisition processing to vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supply requisitions accurately and timely, coordinating with colleagues and vendors as needed.
  • Review and complete routine purchasing operations, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate the movement of purchased materials from suppliers to our facilities, addressing any supply or supplier issues that may arise.
  • Prepare reports and comparisons for hotel management, as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a 4- to 5-star hotel or an accounts firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Strong professional ethics, maintaining client confidentiality.
